The Board of Directors steers its plans by taking advantage of the new approaches in the fields of management and engineering, and in proportion with the limitations, contingencies, and current situation of Iran.

Although it is necessary for an organization to make use of scientific and engineering approaches and take advantage of the experiences of the members for devising strategies and leading the activities towards the pre-defined goals, it is having an effective role, a constant presence, and union activities in the bigger family of Furniture and Decoration Industry of Iran which fulfills these plans; So that while empowering the organization and making the most out of the synergy of the members, firstly increases the efficacy and interactivity of the organization in the national and international fields, and secondly it enables the Union and its members to settle its problems through team working.
