All the goals and programmes mentioned in the Articles of Association, particularly:

-          Strategic planning; Compiling the strategies with the Union’s long-term, mid-term, and short-term goals

-          Building and enhancing the infrastructures necessary for quantitative and qualitative empowerment of the members in order for them to produce products worthwhile for export.

-          Promoting and establishing the Union’s status as the official administrator of Iran’s Furniture and Decoration industry.

-          Strengthening the Union’s operational mechanisms and executive organization.

-          Organizing, planning, and holding the local exhibitions like Hofex, Medex, et cetera, and also planning for participation in the exhibitions overseas.

-          Safeguarding the common interests of the members, and filling their professional gaps.

-          Devising a systematic plan in order to identify the obstacles with developing the export industry and identifying the target markets; Instituting a “Respondent System to the Members” within the responsibilities and authorities of the Board of Directors, as stated in the Articles of Association.

-          Establishing think-rooms in order to make use of the ideas, experiences, and opinions of the veterans and thinkers.

-          Founding a legal section for defending the legal rights of the members.

-          Developing, reinforcing, and updating the Union’s website and databases.

-          Developing and enhancing the methods of informing, theoretical and applicable training courses, and building an effective relationship with the academic and research centers.

-          Building an effective relationship with the unions, associations, ministries, and any other organization related to the Furniture Industry, in order to develop business and informative cooperation.
