Quality Policy

The Furniture Manufacturers and Exporters Union of Iran, as a guild and a nonprofit union, under the supervision of the Chamber of Finance, Mines & Industries of Iran, with the motto of "Purposeful, Strategy-oriented, and respondent to the beneficiary parties", in direction of establishing and implementing the requirements of the Quality Management System based upon the ISO 9001: 2008 standard, and by the continuous improvement of its effectiveness, sets forth its Quality Policy accordingly:

- Creating and developing an appropriate infrastructure for advancing the quality and quantity of the activities of the Members of the Union in the fields of procurement, supply, and distribution, in such a manner that both regionally and globally a valuable position is gained in short terms.

- Organizing the export of home and office furniture, identifying the obstacles and problems in the process of export, and resolving them.

-  Increasing the knowledge and level of awareness of the members, by holding and facilitating training courses, workshops and relevant seminars.

- Holding and participating in national, international, general, and specialized exhibitions; Holding permanent specialized exhibitions, and supporting the common interests of the members.

- Performing research about the export target markets, and informing the members the existing opportunities within these markets.

- Giving financial and legal consultations to the members, supporting their legal rights, and resolving any legal issue between the members.

- Creating and developing an effective relationship in between the members, with the organizations in the field of industry and export, and with the relevant local and foreign organizations, in order to bring the members closer together and increase their potential to compete.

- Informing the members promptly on scientific and technical news, relevant local and foreign exhibitions, and guild information, via the Union’s websites and bulletins.

It is merely by the cooperation and assistance of all the colleagues, counselors, and the members of the Union which the aforementioned aims and targets could be achieved, and all the colleagues are obliged to strive in reaching them.

This Quality Policy will be reviewed at the revision meetings of the management in order to assure its conformity with the Union’s perspective and its long term objectives.
